Abstract

This article is feedback from experience carried out together in two Jordanian universities with a view to making the best use of AI in French for foreigners’ classes. It presents several examples of courses and exams specially created with the support of Chat GPT, Gamma.IA, Magic School and more, tested in BA (Bachelor of Arts) literature classes at an expected B2 level. Then, with the help of some detailed sequences, it highlights the unlimited potential of these learning tools, in particular by showing how the mastery of AI and the creativity of teachers involve those of learners. Finally, it underlines the need to add to the use of AI in the university sphere strict ethical rules both on the side of teachers and on the side of students.
