For all articles published in Al-Noor Journal for Humanities, the journal retains copyright. Articles are licensed under an open-access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, allowing anyone to download, read, reuse, and quote the work freely, provided the original published version is properly cited. This ensures maximum dissemination and visibility.

Authors must obtain permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, including figures, schemes, tables, or text extracts, unless it is in the public domain or they hold the copyright. Permission should be requested directly from the copyright holder (typically the publisher).
