Exaggerated poetic description in the “novel Nabd” For Adham Al-Sharqawi

Exaggeration in linguistic context indicates conveyance , communication and effort , endeavor in achieving the desired outcome. Idiomatically exaggeration varies according to two levels of description. The first level, consideration of the strength of the description and its excess , Which indicated excess in the attribute to the point of exaggeration and exceeding the limit. The second level for the concept of exaggeration is considering the hierarchical arrangement of the description in perception and its visualization in the mind , It refers to the apparent increase in description between the degrees of strength and weakness in terms of perception and conception by the recipient on three levels: conveyance , excess , acrasy. The exaggeration relatives with the poeticism of description , exaggeration breaches the rationality of the recipient's mental perceptions , deviation is considered a breach of the rules of language and an irrationality of rhetorical imagery which include simile, metaphor, and other techniques used by exaggeration as a means to produce the method , exaggeration is a deviation that can be classified within the concept of poetic expression. The novel 'Nabd' included descriptive themes embodying the poetic exaggeration in the ornate and explanatory function of description." In ornate description, exaggeration means bringing the descriptors out of their ordinariness or aims at clarification and elucidation to remove ambiguity from it.
