Scientific Evaluation and Arbitration Policy:

Scientific evaluation strengthens the research paper submitted to the journal and helps the editorial board make the appropriate decision to publish it. It also benefits researchers in improving and correcting their research papers.

The research paper is sent to three reviewers in the same field for scientific evaluation and writing a detailed report on its authenticity in light of a specific model.

The journal considers the process of scientific evaluation to be one of the most important stages of scientific publication. Part of the journal's policy is to ensure the professionalism of the reviewers and their commitment to the journal's ethics.

The editor-in-chief, in collaboration with the editorial board, is responsible for selecting appropriate reviewers based on the topic of the research papers submitted for evaluation, their specialization, and their ability to evaluate the scientific feasibility of the research paper.

One of the reviewers should be from outside the university or country, in the hope that the research paper will be evaluated within a maximum period of one month, otherwise, they must apologize within a week.

In the case of a negative report from two of the reviewers, the researcher is not accepted because the paper is not suitable for publication.

The researcher is informed of the decision regarding the publication validity according to the reviewers' reports within a period not exceeding one month from the date of submission to the editorial board.

The researcher is committed to making the revisions suggested by the reviewers to their research paper and providing the journal with a modified version within two weeks.

The journal then verifies the language in both Arabic and English before sending it for publication.

Arbitration Policy:

The double-blind arbitration process is highly confidential, meaning the arbitrator cannot disclose the identity of the researcher, and the researcher cannot disclose the identity of the arbitrator.
