Mission: Enhancing the reputation of Al-Nour University and deepening its goals through distinguished scientific publishing in college journals that serve the community and contribute to building a knowledge economy.

Objectives: The journal seeks to achieve high levels of quality in scientific publishing according to international standards and including SCOPUS. Contribute to the inclusion of university journals in international classification databases. Develop specialized university journals for publishing the output of faculty members and researchers. The journal aims to maintain scientific cohesion among researchers inside and outside Iraq. Consolidate cooperation and integration between scientific journals with similar specialties. Expand the base of publishing and distribution to serve researchers and beneficiaries locally and internationally. Contribute to enhancing comprehensive and sustainable international scientific citation and communication. Emphasize adherence to the highest international standards of publishing and avoid improper publishing practices. Exchange scientific journals and publish them internationally while providing their scientific content for free.
